Clown Filter

Vowel filter and auto-wah that follows your playing or your tempo

The filter opens and closes like a mouth laughing. MOOD picks how: GIGGLE follows your playing like an envelope wah, HA-HA laughs in time with the session, CACKLE jumps at random. VOICE makes it a talking vowel filter, a low-pass or the classic band-pass wah, and AUTO turns MOUTH back and forth by itself, in time.

What it does

On the front

LAUGH, MOUTH and LEVEL, the AUTO button and the MOOD switch: enough to make it laugh without reading a manual.

  • LAUGH how much the mouth moves: the sensitivity in GIGGLE, the depth in HA-HA and CACKLE
  • MOUTH where the mouth rests, shut and dark to open and bright
  • AUTO turns MOUTH back and forth by itself, in time
  • LEVEL output volume

Click the title banner and the pedal opens on the controls an engineer looks for, and a battery. Opening it doesn't change the sound.
