Changed your mind? Write to [email protected] with your order number and the email you bought with. If it's within 14 days of the purchase and you haven't activated the plugin, you get the full price back.
After activation. Once you've activated a plugin, or 14 days after you bought it, the sale is final and we can't refund it for a change of mind.
If something doesn't work. Write to the same address and we'll help you fix it. If the plugin has a fault we can't fix on a system and DAW we support, we refund it, activated or not.
How the money comes back. Refunds go to the card or account you paid with, through Moonbase, our reseller, and the licence is turned off. how soon we process a refund, and how long Moonbase takes to return it
